Interface Software Permits Easy Addition of ICs to IC Tester Libraries

B&K Precision Corporation’s, new AK57X Interface Software with USB Dongle  interfaces the B+K Precision Model 570A Analog and Model 575A Digital Hand Held IC Testers with the CompactLink Functional IC Test Generating Software to permit the easy addition of new ICs to the tester’s libraries. Priced at $625, the software requires an RS-232 or USB (required adaptor included) connection to a PC and runs with Microsoft XP and a USB jack for the Licensing Dongle.
